Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our passengers via phone, email, or chat, addressing a wide range of inquiries and issues related to their travel plans.
• Assist with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and seat assignments, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
• Offer personalized support for special requests, such as wheelchair assistance, dietary preferences, and unaccompanied minors.
• Provide accurate and timely information on flight status, delays, cancellations, and gate changes.

Resolution And Assistance

• Resolve passenger complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, finding solutions that meet their needs.
• Assist passengers with baggage-related inquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues.
• Offer fare quotes and promotional information, explaining terms and conditions to help passengers make informed booking decisions.
• Provide guidance on travel documentation requirements, including visas and passport validity.

Cross-Selling And Up-Selling

• Identify opportunities to enhance the passenger experience by offering additional services and amenities.
• Stay informed about our policies, regulations, and travel advisories to provide accurate information to passengers.

Quality Assurance And ing

• Maintain high standards of service quality, adhering to service level agreements and documenting interactions accurately.
• Contribute to regular s on customer service metrics and feedback.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and communication tools.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
