Key Responsibilities
Manage client communications and expectations effectively throughout the software implementation process.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor during the implementation phase.
Define project scopes, coordinate staffing, execute tasks, monitor progress, and on project outcomes.
Develop and deliver training to clients and internal teams as required.
Gather comprehensive and accurate business requirements from clients, serving as a subject matter expert.
Collaborate closely with various internal teams including Business Analysts, Development, QA, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
Collaborate with Product Management to align customer needs with product vision for optimal solutions.
Present project updates and statuses to the executive team.
Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure all documentation accurately reflects client requirements for Development and QA teams.
Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in managing technology-driven projects, including SaaS and enterprise software implementations.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with technologies including sFTP, APIs, file formats, unique GUIDs, integrations, HTML, and other relevant technical aspects.
Background or familiarity with pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or related industries is advantageous.
Prior experience in consulting or working directly with external clients.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of successful project management experience, particularly with client-facing projects.
Familiarity with Agile software development is preferred.
