Participate in the recruitment and coordination of consultants.
Skillfully manage project financial performance.
Oversee staffing requirements within the market and coordinate staffing needs with other Project Managers within the organization.
Establish effective partnerships with jurisdictional staff, project teams, and clients.
Serve as a representative of the organization in communications with clients, consultants, and team members.
Efficiently manage time and engage in collaborative work with clients and team members.
Provide leadership and supervision to a team of 5 or more members.
Offer constructive feedback and recognize the contributions of staff members.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program is preferred.
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare or related design, planning, and management.
Architectural Registration or NCIDQ certification, or actively working towards obtaining these credentials.
Strong background in planning and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of healthcare architecture and/or interior design.
Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Ajera (accounting software) is considered a valuable asset.
