As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless care delivery and supporting patients and their families with empathy and understanding. You’ll be the friendly face and the guiding hand for our patients, assisting with tasks like prescription refills, interpreting lab results, and safeguarding sensitive patient information.
To excel in this role, previous experience in healthcare and proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls are advantageous. Familiarity with EMR/EHR & CRM systems is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
