Verify the accuracy and completeness of medical records.
Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining charts and processing correspondence.
Retrieve medical records electronically and physically as needed.
Respond to requests for patient records from various sources, ensuring authorization.
Request medical records from external providers.
Track hospital procedures and charges.
Assist healthcare professionals with medical record recording and access.
Prepare charts for upcoming patient visits.
Manage and close patient medical orders.
Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
At least one year of experience in a medical setting, preferably with medical records.
At least one year of experience in customer service or administration.

Physical Requirements

Work Location
Remote work with occasional on-site training.
Must reside and work in Washington State (excluding Seattle).
