Compensation

Responsibilities

Requesting and collecting medical records and bills from healthcare providers, such as physician’s offices or hospitals.

Diligently following up on weekly requests and performing data entry services to securely input pertinent information into a database.

Managing a significant volume of incoming and outbound calls, identifying and addressing customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.

Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, providing accurate and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools.

Handling customer complaints with timely and effective solutions, following up to ensure resolution, and adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Strong grammar and verbal communication skills.

Preferably, experience in medical record review.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret data.
