SCHEDULE
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Compensation: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
Warmly greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out processes, including the completion of necessary paperwork and handling payments.
Provide initial assessment paperwork to patients, ensure completion, and input electronic forms into the EHR system.
Respond to phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, payment-related questions, and processing release requests.
Maintain the accuracy of patient accounts, including billing information, contact details, and payment authorizations.
Assist patients in scheduling and rescheduling follow-up appointments, verifying appointment details, whether in-person or via telehealth.
Aid patients in accessing Vsee, the Patient Portal, and navigating the website platforms.
Respond to emails and patient messages through the Patient Portal, as well as voicemails.
Conduct daily audits of the appointment scheduler for maintaining appointment accuracy.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space, making it a welcoming environment.
Perform general office tasks such as sorting mail, scanning documents, and handling Efaxes.
Provide backup support to the Office Lead in pre-appointment processes.
Fulfill any other office-related duties assigned by the Office Lead.
Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a preference for healthcare or front desk experience.
Familiarity with OSHA/HIPAA regulations is advantageous.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Competence in working both independently and as a team member.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
