Responsibilities
Warmly greet and assist patients during check-in/out procedures, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
Offer exceptional customer service while handling phone inquiries and assisting patients with various needs, including appointment scheduling and account inquiries.
Maintain precise patient records, ensuring accurate billing information and effective management of patient accounts.
Support patients in utilizing our platforms like Vsee, Patient Portal, and navigating.
Perform general office duties such as managing office mail, scanning documents, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
Collaborate with the Office Lead and provide backup support for pre-appointment procedures.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service; prior experience in healthcare or a front desk setting is advantageous.
Familiarity with OSHA/HIPAA regulations is a plus.
Proficient multitasking abilities and capability to work effectively in a team or independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Demonstrated sensitivity and experience in working with diverse cultural backgrounds and communities.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

$17.50 per hour
