Administer initial assessment paperwork, ensuring accuracy, and input electronic forms into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Manage incoming calls, offering support for patient inquiries, payment-related questions, and processing release requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain precise patient accounts, verifying billing addresses, contact information, payment authorization, and facilitating accurate collection.
Aid patients in scheduling follow-up appointments, adjusting appointments when necessary, and verifying the accuracy of both telephonic and in-person appointments.
Provide guidance to patients on accessing Vsee, the Patient Portal, and navigating website platforms for seamless interaction.
Handle emails, patient messages through the Patient Portal, and voicemails promptly and effectively.
Perform routine audits on the appointment scheduler to ensure accuracy and tidiness.
Uphold office cleanliness and organization in common spaces.
Undertake general office tasks including sorting mail, scanning documents, and managing electronic faxes.
Provide backup assistance to the Office Lead for pre-appointment processes.
Complete any other office-related duties assigned by the Office Lead.
Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; healthcare background is advantageous, particularly in a front desk setting.
Familiarity with OSHA/HIPAA regulations would be beneficial.
Proficient in multitasking with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
