Accurately document all customer interactions for auditing and ing purposes.
Update and maintain customer information as needed to ensure accurate records.
Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate various software.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
Professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach.
Work Environment
Remote work from your private residence as listed in your personnel file.
Necessary equipment, including a webcam, will be provided by the company.
Requirements for a DSL or Cable broadband internet connection (No Satellite, 5G, Dial-up, or Wireless connections).
