We’re currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Editor. As a key member of our Medical team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and clarity of various projects across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and proofread advertising, educational materials, training manuscripts, layouts, and digital assignments.

Ensure correctness in grammar, punctuation, spelling, language consistency, style, accuracy, and clarity.

Adhere to relevant standards such as client/brand guidelines, AMA, and FDA regulations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FDA guidelines and industry standards.

Develop and maintain editorial style sheets for each assigned brand.

Stay informed about standards for co-editors’ accounts, offering coverage for other brands when necessary.

Conduct thorough fact-checks on referenced information before submission for client/regulatory approval.

Collaborate with the brand team by attending meetings and contributing to discussions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

1 to 2 years of experience in delivering editorial work within healthcare, advertising, or a related industry.

A solid understanding of both print and digital projects and how their unique requirements impact editorial reviews.

Proficiency in digital/remote work communication tools.

Familiarity with the AMA Manual of Style 11 and FDA guidelines is preferred.
