Position Overview: Coding and HIM Specialist

Join our Coding and Health Information Management (HIM) Division, where we collaborate with healthcare organizations across the nation to connect top talent in the Coding and HIM industry with employers seeking the best in the field. We specialize in placing Remote Coders, Coding Managers, Coding Directors, and ICD10 Certified Trainers on both contract and direct-hire bases.

Responsibilities

Perform coding duties with precision and efficiency.

Manage coding teams, providing leadership and guidance.

Conduct training sessions for ICD10 certification.

Collaborate with healthcare organizations to understand their staffing needs.

Facilitate the hiring process to ensure a seamless match between talent and employers.

Qualifications
