Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Guiding patients through medical questions via inbound and outbound calls.

Using the Script Med system to coordinate and schedule medication dispenses.

Conducting per-patient benefits investigations.

Collecting comprehensive benefit information, verifying coverage, and confirming patient eligibility by liaising with payors.

Communicating the benefits and effectiveness of our products to influence payer policies positively.

Monitoring drug coverage policies across multiple payers.

Analyzing case outcomes to identify inaccuracies from payors and following up to rectify information.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 6 months recent experience in handling medical benefit investigations, prior authorizations, medical claims, medical billing, and reimbursements.

Residence in the Georgia area is mandatory.

At least 6 months recent experience in a call center environment.

Commitment to an 8-hour shift.

Ability to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Timely response to leadership emails and chat requests.

Access to high-speed internet and a private workstation to work from home.

Previous healthcare experience.

Proficiency in multitasking and working with dual monitors.

Positive work attitude, willingness to collaborate, and ability to offer empathetic support.

Capability to work both independently and within a team.

Quiet and professional home office setup.
