Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with manufacturers and patients to acquire and load patient assistance program cards into the system for co-pay assistance, ensuring seamless submission into the billing system.
Process a minimum of 9-15 claims per hour, contributing to our efficient and dynamic team environment.
Utilize multiple systems and platforms proficiently to achieve daily goals, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare reimbursement billing, medical insurance, or related field, specifically working with Patient Assistance Copay Card Programs.
Proficiency in navigating various healthcare reimbursement systems and familiarity with medical terminology.
Strong prioritization skills to manage daily tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service abilities and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to support daily operational tasks.
