Position Overview
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Talent Management Director and Recruitment Team with administrative tasks and project assignments. This is a fully remote, 6-month contract position with potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the recruitment team to facilitate the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.
Manage background check processes and ensure timely completion.
Assist with preparing materials for recruitment events and posting job listings on various platforms.
Coordinate offer letters and related correspondence for candidates.
Maintain accurate data tracking for employee referral programs and budget spreadsheets.
Provide direct support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and assist with technical inquiries.
Ensure timely posting of job requisitions and review offer letters for accuracy.
Uphold confidentiality and comply with industry regulations, including HIPAA.
Required Skills/Experience
3+ years of relevant experience in administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and SharePoint.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with database management and ing tools.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (W2 only)
Contract Period: 6 months with potential for extension
Location: Fully remote; candidates in the PST time zone preferred
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm PST
Hourly Rate: $25/hr. on W2
Projected Dates: May 13, 2024 – November 12, 2024
