• Data Maintenance:

Maintain candidate records in ATS and VMS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Skillful Negotiations:

Expertly negotiate compensation packages and present offers to successful candidates.

• Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals and industry contacts to expand the candidate pool.

• Stay Informed:

Keep up to date with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience:

Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, ideally with at least [X years] of successful placements in the healthcare industry.

• Medical Expertise:

Base Salary: Commission-Only
