Who You Are
Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting clinicians within private practice settings.
Demonstrated success in placing candidates at a consistent volume (1-2 placements per month).
Ability to employ creativity in sourcing clinicians and cultivating partnerships with educational institutions and related entities.
Proficiency in participating in job fairs and networking within Boston communities.
Skilled in maintaining clinician engagement and conducting strategic salary negotiations.
What You’ll Do
Spearhead recruitment efforts for the healthcare practice, focusing on clinician hiring, including specialized roles.
Manage the entire candidate interview process, from coordination to feedback collection.
Source high-quality candidates through various channels, such as job boards, networking events, and job fairs.
Facilitate fair and competitive job offer negotiations with clinicians.
Collaborate closely with clinic directors and operational leaders to ensure optimal clinician placement.
Coordinate with Human Resources to seamlessly transition accepted offers into the onboarding process, maintaining regular communication with clinicians pre-start dates.
