Key Responsibilities
Talent Attraction: Use your creativity and communication skills to attract qualified candidates by posting job listings and advertisements on various platforms, including databases, online forums, and social media.
Candidate Engagement: Schedule interviews, create interview questions, and represent us at recruiting events like job fairs.
Streamlined Hiring: Manage every stage of the hiring process, from sifting through applications to screening resumes and handling necessary paperwork.
Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews for individuals and panels and gather valuable feedback. Maintain communication with candidates throughout and after the interview process via phone and email.
Data Insights: Provide recruitment s to team managers and actively participate in weekly coaching and training sessions. Collaborate with leadership to align our recruitment strategies with the company’s needs and candidate lifecycle processes.
Qualifications
Eligibility: Must be 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States.
Experience: While 1 year of marketing, sales experience, or prior knowledge of recruitment and databases is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
Sourcing Expertise: Ability to design and implement effective recruiting strategies through proactive sourcing tactics.
Communication: Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a knack for making sound business decisions.
Time Management: Exceptional time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Training Commitment: Availability to attend mandatory 3-day online company training sessions and participate in weekly online team coaching/skills meetings.
