Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care by implementing quality initiatives and contributing to improved health outcomes. You’ll be responsible for:
Connecting with patients: You’ll be the friendly voice reaching out to schedule preventative care services and tests, keeping patients informed of results, and ensuring they receive the care they need.
Quality champion: You’ll partner with the quality team to review patient charts and identify opportunities for improvement in meeting quality standards.
Data detective: Your keen eye will be crucial in analyzing healthcare data and providing insightful feedback on opportunities to enhance key quality metrics.
Team player: You’ll work independently with guidance from the Quality Assurance Supervisor and collaborate seamlessly with the quality team to achieve shared goals.
Technology master: You’ll be comfortable navigating electronic health records, various payer portals, databases, and different file types to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Communication pro: You’ll excel at both verbal and written communication, effectively prioritizing tasks and keeping everyone informed.
Confidentiality champion: You’ll understand the importance of maintaining patient privacy and treating all information with the utmost discretion.
