As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving quality management activities, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and serving as a subject matter expert for Healthcare vision systems. Your technical aptitude and data analysis skills will be instrumental in translating insights into actionable strategies.

• Leadership
• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS), including quality action plans, corrective actions, supplier quality management, customer complaints, standard work, audit processes, standard procedures, test methods, and process controls.
• Drive process improvement, continuous quality enhancement, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
• Lead problem-solving teams and conduct root cause analyses and failure investigations.
• Implement and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints and vendor incidents.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement teams.
• Key Quality Technologies Lead
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Healthcare online and laboratory inspection equipment.
• Develop and maintain standards for inspection systems.
• Lead vendor and system selection activities.
• Possess a high level of functional and operational understanding for system use and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deploy training programs for equipment in plants across North American Operations.
• Audit plant adherence to standards and provide feedback for ongoing improvements.
• Quality Analytics
• Organize, interpret, and propose actions based on quality metrics.
• Ensure data integrity and transfer to business intelligence tools.
• Identify and implement improvements in existing analytical processes.
• Customer Support
• Represent the organization with customers on quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as the market segment representative for interactions with customers concerning product or service quality.
• Foster positive customer relationships and ensure proactive improvements in the Quality system and Production Process Controls.
• Ensure customer audits and vendor site visits meet compliance and exceed customer expectations.
• Represent the company in relevant industry associations.
• Travel

Expectations of over 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging, Plastics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8-10 years of experience in plastics packaging manufacturing/packaging industries, including a minimum of five years in a supervisory role.
• Strong proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, analytics, and advanced Excel functionality
• Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Technical background in controls, mechanical systems, and advanced detection technologies is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of advanced production processes for plastics rigid packaging.
• Professional accreditation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management.
• Experience and understanding of government regulations and compliance (e.g., FDA, DEA, ISO).
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable engineering, manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality management-related standards and specifications.
