Work Schedule

Full-time position: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting with medical and psychological aspects of utilization and coordinated care. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting outreach via telephone to assigned members on a daily basis

Maintaining and updating member assignments in an Excel spreadsheet

Ensuring consistent communication with supervisors

Documenting interactions accurately in Virtual Health with each phone call

Fulfilling additional duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Essential Experience With Medicare/Medicaid

Mandatory attendance during the initial 90-day period

Preferred Qualifications

Previous call center experience
