As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in various facets of our operations. Your responsibilities will include staffing, operations, business development/account management, and compliance.

Staffing

• Assessing and fulfilling staffing needs
• Recruiting and training non-clinical staff
• Collaborating with the Clinical Officer to hire clinical staff
• Assisting the Clinical Officer in developing training manuals
• Managing paid time off, scheduling, coverage, timecards, and payroll

Operations

• Analyzing employee productivity and performance data
• Overseeing technology and communication requirements
• Integrating Deerwalk analytics data into core services
• Coordinating with customer service and advocacy teams

Business Development/Account Management

• Supporting TPA sales team in promoting Care Connect
• Collaborating with Ocozzio team to create marketing materials
• Crafting responses to RFPs
• Supervising implementation of new TPAs and clients

Compliance

• Developing and updating operational policies
• Securing and maintaining required licensing
• Pursuing accreditation for the organization

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Experience in medical terminology, benefits/health insurance, case management, utilization review, or healthcare desirable
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer/client service experience is a plus
