What We’re Looking For

High school diploma (or equivalent) and a computer whiz – think laptops and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ten key and typing skills on point – accuracy is key!

A knack for understanding instructions and s – SOPs and production s are your friends.

An Excel wizard – intermediate level skills are a must.

3 years of experience deciphering the mysteries of medical claims.

Fluent in the languages of medical forms – CMS1500 and UB04 are your new besties.

ICD 10, HCPCS, CPT, and Modifiers? No problem! You speak their code.

Keeping secrets is second nature to you – confidentiality is crucial.

Bonus Points If You Have

A handle on how different benefits coordinate (COB is your jam!).

3 years of experience in the healthcare claims game.

Organization and prioritization are your middle names.

You’ve seen the healthcare industry from the inside out (Health Plans or TPAs are your stomping grounds).

Government programs like Medicare and Medicaid hold no secrets for you.
