As an Administrative Assistant within the Patient Liaison Program, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our support services.

• Request Management:

Efficiently track and manage incoming requests from our stakeholders to help manage the volume effectively.

• Phone and Database Management:

Answer incoming calls on the main phone line in a courteous and professional manner.

Enter case load information accurately into our Philanthropy database.

• Office/Administrative Duties:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring that they run smoothly and are well-organized.

Provide administrative support to the Vice President of the Patient Liaison Program.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

An Associates or Bachelors Degree.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a healthcare setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
