Key Responsibilities

Initiative Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multiple platform initiatives aimed at enhancing our services and offerings.

Effective Communication: Utilize your outstanding communication skills to facilitate meetings, ensuring that information flows smoothly between teams.

Data Management: Gather and consolidate metrics from various parts of the organization, followed by clear and concise ing. Pay meticulous attention to detail while validating metrics for accuracy.

Flexibility: Be adaptable as the role may require occasional relocation to different states to support our initiatives.

Results-Driven: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering timely results and bringing diverse teams together through internal meetings and collaboration.

Technical Proficiency: Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, to create compelling presentations and manage data effectively.

Lines of Business Supported: Engage with and support various lines of business, including Medicare, ACA, Medicaid, and Commercial.

Analytical Focus: While primarily an analytical role, you will also play a vital role in project management, with a distribution of 85% analytical work and 15% project management responsibilities.

Membership Knowledge: While not mandatory, a background in membership knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in coordination, analytics, or project management.

A proactive and results-oriented approach to tasks.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Membership knowledge is a plus but not required.
