In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional healthcare for everyone. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients navigating their billing concerns, offering friendly guidance and support throughout the process.
Your Day-to-Day
Connect with patients over the phone and actively listen to their needs and concerns.
Help patients understand their medical bills by providing clear explanations and answering questions.
Work collaboratively with patients to find solutions for outstanding balances, exploring options and making arrangements that work for them.
Negotiate and collect payments in a professional and patient manner, always prioritizing positive interactions.
Use your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions for challenging situations, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout.
Stay up-to-date on healthcare billing regulations and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
