Responsibilities
Efficiently manage multiple tasks to deliver high-quality results.
Collaborate with our case management, processing, and contracting teams to schedule and attend medical treatments.
Collect and organize appointment information, referrals, records, and bills from medical providers.
Conduct account reconciliations with provider offices at the end of patient treatment.
Compile comprehensive funding packets and enter relevant data into our system.
Embrace innovation and adapt processes to align with evolving business needs.
Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist medical providers in navigating our procedures and provide expertise on our provider processes.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills while working independently.
Utilize software platforms proficiently to support daily tasks.
Pay meticulous attention to detail.
Display strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
Track record of exceeding objectives in previous roles.
Ability to efficiently manage tasks to support case managers effectively.
Skill in overcoming obstacles to progress.
Willingness to become an expert in our provider processes.
Excellent phone etiquette and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with medical terminology and knowledge of various medical disciplines is desirable.
Experience in patient scheduling is a plus.
Knowledge of healthcare and/or personal injury space is an advantage.
Must reside in the Denver Metropolitan area, with a preference for South Denver/Castle Rock.
Education And Experience
Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service preferred.
Fluency in medical terminology and knowledge of various medical disciplines is desirable.
