Competitive hourly pay starting at $22.
Full-time employees become eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment.
We offer a 401(k) plan with a company match for full-time employees with at least one year of service.
Highlights
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with staggered shifts between 8 am and 6 pm. Please note that shifts are predetermined and not flexible.
Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Appeals/Denials Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our healthcare team:
Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner.
Document interactions accurately.
Research and navigate various materials and systems to resolve issues.
Collaborate with providers, members, and internal/external stakeholders.
Craft well-written responses to members and meet deadlines.

Be available and reachable during all working hours.
Attend in-person training during the new hire period (dates/times not flexible).
