Healthcare Administrative Assistant Highlights

This position offers a contract assignment with the potential for permanent hire, based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

Flexible Schedule: The position requires availability Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a hybrid schedule. You’ll work onsite Tuesday to Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday.

Healthcare Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

Facilitate provider onboarding by ensuring all necessary documents, including Collaborative Practice Agreements and/or prescriptive authority documents, are fully executed, filed, and maintained.

Maintain accurate records using the MDStaff database.

Assist in various projects to support team objectives.

Participate in other departmental activities as assigned.

Healthcare Administrative Assistant Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare environment is required.

Attendance: Mandatory attendance during the first 90 days of employment.
