Responsibilities

Support our clients by receiving new patient referrals with a warm and empathetic approach.

Ensure accuracy and completeness by creating patient charts for all new admissions.

Adhere to data privacy regulations by inputting and maintaining medical information in patient charts.

Efficiently address patient needs by collaborating with Care Coordinators as a team.

Promote a positive and supportive culture by cultivating strong working relationships within the team.

Contribute to the overall success of the organization by performing assigned duties.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Active and in good standing Medical Assistant certificate.

Skills/Abilities

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage patient records.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for compassionate interactions.

Maintain a professional presence and demeanor in all interactions.

Exceptional time management skills to meet critical deadlines.
