Responsibilities
Develop and nurture strong relationships with school sites, gaining in-depth insights into their healthcare requirements.
Ensure utmost satisfaction among schools by addressing their needs effectively.
Cultivate and foster relationships with school nurses, counselors, and staff, offering training sessions both in-person and virtually on utilizing the telehealth system.
Facilitate parent and teacher education initiatives and guide student enrollment into the program.
Maintain regular communication with school health and leadership teams to ensure comprehensive awareness and engagement with products.
Act as a representative of Health, attending and coordinating community events, serving as an informative and supportive liaison within the community.
Acquire a deep understanding of the community and available resources, fostering a strong community among schools, parents, and key stakeholders.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Experience working with children in diverse socio-economic environments is highly desirable.
Demonstrated cultural empathy towards the diverse groups of students and families within the school district.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Proven ability to fulfill commitments and scheduled events, remaining open to feedback and personal development.
Exhibits kindness, humility, tact, and professionalism when interacting with individuals at all levels.
Maintains confidentiality with discretion, representing in a professional manner.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to changes efficiently.
Proficient in independently addressing customer needs proactively.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and prior experience in customer relations, preferably with account management responsibilities.
Experience in the K-12 education sector is advantageous.
Former educators or school nurses are encouraged to apply.
Must meet specific fingerprinting requirements for DOJ-cleared access to work on a school campus.
