Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls with a warm and welcoming approach, addressing customer service and sales inquiries. Listen attentively to understand customer needs and coordinate the appropriate service solutions.
Sales Support: Assist customers with counter sales, special orders, and respond knowledgeably to questions from both residential and commercial clients. Promote our wide range of products and services, offering accurate pricing information when required.
Administrative Excellence: Utilize office software to accurately record measurements, process sales orders, and complete necessary paperwork efficiently. Thoroughly document customer requests and details in service tickets to enable dispatchers to match the most qualified technician to each customer’s unique requirements.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure our showroom remains inviting and fully stocked by monitoring inventory levels and promptly ordering materials as needed.
Technical Assistance: Provide troubleshooting support and guide customers through remote-control setup processes to enhance their overall experience.
Billing Processing: Handle billing processes accurately and efficiently.
Additional Responsibilities: Undertake various administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by the team.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and clear, effective communication abilities.
Customer-Centric Approach: An outgoing personality and a natural inclination for providing exceptional customer service.
Time Management: Effective time management and multitasking skills are essential for success in our fast-paced work environment.
Adaptability: A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy setting.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is a must to ensure accuracy in documentation and communication.
