• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company
• Prepare financial statements and s in accordance with GAAP and IFRS
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
• Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting

Skills

• Strong knowledge of debits, credits, GAAP, and IFRS
• Proficient in accounts receivable management and balance sheet reconciliation
• Experience with payroll processing and account analysis
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero or similar platforms
• Ability to perform detailed financial analysis and provide meaningful insights
