As a Healthcare Software Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our healthcare software systems. Your expertise will be essential in providing support, education, and guidance to our internal teams and customers. Here are the key responsibilities of this role:
Duties And Responsibilities
Software Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of [Company Name]’s Real-Time Medical Systems and internal software, enabling you to provide continuous support and education to our internal team members.
Feature Enhancement: Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify opportunities for feature enhancements. Draft detailed specifications and scenario documentation and effectively communicate these to our internal development team.
Quality Assurance: Act as a software quality steward by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify root causes of issues. Execute your duties with meticulous attention to detail and communicate outcomes effectively to internal team members and, when necessary, customers.
Organization and ing: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to track and monitor software issues and feature enhancements. Provide monthly status s to internal team members.
Education and Training: Create and deliver educational sessions to internal team members on new features within our software systems.
Process Improvement: Participate in reviews of current processes to enhance workflows, processes, and communication among internal team members.
Product Support: Contribute to product release planning, user acceptance testing, and issue identification/resolution for various product components.
Relationship Building: Foster collaborative and professional relationships among various internal departments.
Sales and Marketing Support: Provide support to our sales and marketing teams and programs.
Additional Duties And Responsibilities
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Work in a home office/remote environment.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Preferred: Registered Nurse Licensure / Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure.
3-5 years of experience in long-term care or post-acute nursing facilities as a healthcare professional.
Knowledge and IT Analyst/Build experience with Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR).
Preferred: Staff Development/Staff Educator experience with a strong ability to create and present educational material.
Proficient communication skills, including public speaking, to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research and identify ed issues.
Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
Capacity to collaborate and participate in departmental projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Working Conditions
Minimal travel required for this position.
Remote/work-from-anywhere work environment.
