Summary

As the Chief Operations Officer (COO), you will lead our executive team in ensuring exceptional patient and team member experiences. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical and dental clinics, you will drive growth, strategic planning, and community satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of progressive Health Care Clinical and Facility Operations experience.
• Experience in community health centers and familiarity with federal policies is preferred.
• Proven program and people management experience.

• Ensure compliance with federal requirements and regulations.
• Partner with the Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Finance Officer.
• Facilitate effective communication across the organization.
• Monitor programmatic and operational effectiveness.
• Provide regular s to the executive team and governing board.
