Your Role: Teaching Assistant

Yu’ll play a pivotal part in our training programs. Collaborating with instructors, operations, and curriculum teams, you’ll drive exceptional learning experiences for our program participants, known as “Fellows.” The ideal candidate is a skilled educator with a knack for clear communication and a passion for enhancing the Fellow experience. Your dedication to helping Fellows grasp Salesforce concepts and apply their knowledge in the real world is key.

Responsibilities Include

Guiding synchronous and asynchronous learning sessions

Co-managing and supporting groups of Fellows

Hosting review sessions and office hours

Collaborating with operational teams to ensure program success

Contributing to ongoing course improvement through feedback

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day involvement will span from guiding Fellows through live sessions and answering their queries to participating in training sessions, providing thoughtful feedback, and ensuring a positive learning journey.

Your Profile

At least 2 years of Salesforce experience

Previous teaching or mentoring experience, preferably in supporting learners

Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications are a bonus)

A drive to assist learners transitioning into data-related roles

Where You’ll Be

This fully remote role operates within the EST time zone. While we’re based in New York City, our team spans across various locations.

Compensation And Benefits

Full-time TA: $7,000 – $9,500 base salary plus potential bonus

Part-time TA: $3,500 – $5,500 base salary plus potential bonus
