Are you passionate about art and eager to share your talents with others? We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Artist to join our team for virtual painting classes this Fall. This rewarding opportunity involves collaborating on Aging to bring the joy of virtual watercolor and acrylic classes to homebound seniors in our area. You will lead engaging sessions via Zoom, providing a creative outlet for our senior community.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual painting classes on Wednesday afternoons during the Fall season.

Create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for homebound seniors.

Instruct and inspire participants in the art of watercolor and acrylic painting.

Utilize Zoom technology to facilitate remote classes effectively.

Qualifications

Passion for art and a background in painting.

Comfortable with technology, particularly Zoom.

Located in the Greater Kansas City Area.

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
