Key Responsibilities:

Curating Calendars: Develop monthly content calendars tailored to each client’s target audience, objectives, and industry trends, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to content planning.

Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Platform Management: Oversee and maintain our clients’ Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring user engagement to ensure a positive brand presence.

Audience Engagement: Implement strategies based on online media trends to boost follower growth, foster meaningful interactions, and drive traffic to designated platforms.

Copywriting: Write engaging content for email marketing campaigns, blog posts, and social media captions.

Moodboarding and Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand client demographics, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Develop mood boards and video boards to visually inspire and guide campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.

Analytics and ing: Regularly monitor and analyse KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, providing s and actionable insights to inform future content and strategy decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and marketing, digital marketing, or brand marketing.
• Knowledge of all social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Location: This role will be based in our Pyrmont office full-time.
