About the Position:

• Promote the highest ethical standards to customers and their buying experience
• Follow procedures put in place for maximized efficiency and progression
• Effectively demonstrate and teach the art of the sale
• Show team leadership and the ability to work with others
• Lead people in wanting to do the job because they want to
• Able to run all aspects of the business in Sales and Finance but understand the overall business in general
• Minimum of 5 years of Finance Experience either in RV, Automotive or Marine
