Position Overview

Are you someone with auto collision industry or hands-on recruiting experience that would like to grow your career? Gerber is looking for a Field Recruiter to help us attract and hire next-generation talent to our growing number of stores. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in the auto industry or auto collision industry or trades industry experience in recruiting.

Job Responsibilities

• To effectively source and recruit industry talent to our organization by collaborating with operations and the talent acquisition team
• Updating Staffing Needs/Creating Requisitions
• Posting Requisitions Externally for Candidates to apply
• Initial Screening
• Working with Talent team to update Workday (Applicant Tracking System)
• ing
• Maintaining Requisitions
• Job Fairs/Events support
• Drafting offer letters

Qualifications

• 
  Hybrid role – must live and be able commute to our 38 shops of a Gerber Collision & Glass facility
• Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• 
  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment environment or in the Auto or Collision industry and open to candidates that worked in trades
