Who We Are Looking For:

The Sales Manager at Gerber Childrenswear has a pivotal role responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing revenue, and fostering strong customer relationships at Walmart. This position requires a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the market, with a focus on both in-store and digital strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, including both in-store and digital channels.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with the key customers.
• Deliver compelling presentations, showcasing the unique value proposition of the Gerber Childrenswear’s brands.
• Forecast sales trends and develop plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changing consumer behaviors.
• Adapt our positioning and strategies to remain relevant and responsive to market shifts.
• Limited travel will be required.

Who You Are:

Education/Experience:

• College or business school degree preferred.

Skills and Abilities which may be representative, but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position:

• Excellent communicator with strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the apparel or retail industry. Walmart experience preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter with follow-through ability.
• Ability to organize and prioritize, managing multiple projects.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office:
• Microsoft Windows, Word and PowerPoint
• Advanced Excel
