This is a full-time, hybrid role with our office in Greenville, SC. This position does require 3 days in the office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned customers, understanding client needs, and meeting sales targets. You will manage client portfolios, develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
• Preparation of sales presentations adjusted for the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results s, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolve customer challenges by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing s, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Position Qualification Requirements:

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• BA/BS University degree with a concentration in business administration, marketing, or advertising preferred.
• Two years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with office software and ability to learn specific systems (example: SAP Operating System)
