About the role
You are a key member of the Corporate Services Team, providing advice to the business and taking accountability of team performance. As a leader, you provide the Finance team members with clarity around performance expectations and coaches each individual to achieve and develop.

• Timely and accurate financial, management and statutory reporting
• Robust cashflow management through monitoring, management of debtors and creditors, forecasting & reporting
• Comprehensive and valuable project accounting and reporting
• Monitoring of payroll across the company
• All financial, taxation and statutory compliance across the company & each jurisdiction

You will gain exposure to a fast-paced and process improvement focused business, where your ideas are encouraged and valued.

About you
An experienced Financial Controller who is big-picture and opportunity focused, who is driven by being a collaborative relationship-builder creating trust with stakeholders. You will have demonstrable experience that directly influence the positive improvement of performance in a business.

• CPA or CA qualified
• Budgeting, forecasting, month-end, annual reporting
• Ideally proficient in NetSuite accounting software
• Construction industry experience or accountancy consultancy
