ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for augmenting the inbound candidate pool for highly specialized and complex jobs using all available resources including, but not limited to social media, LinkedIN Recruiter, internal and external databases, professional associations, and career-related websites.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Source job openings that may be considered niche in the labor market and often require a higher level of candidate engagement and commitment to hire.
• Develop and foster relationships by having a strong understanding of specialized and complex job talent pools using available networks and technologies.
• Conduct live outreach to passive candidates as needed.
• Collaborate with TA Leadership to create role-based sourcing strategies using all available sourcing venues.
• Review and filter inbound resumes and screen candidates against basic qualifications identifying suitable candidates and provide to recruiters; may participate in intake meeting(s) with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Engage in proactive sourcing of passive candidates.
• Assist in maintaining candidate pools in shared databases.
• Curate talent communities and makes outreach on a defined frequency.
• Work with Recruiters to align on creating talent pipelines.

EDUCATION AND LICENSURE

• High School Degree/GED.(required)
• Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related area. (preferred)

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of two (2) years’ related experience in Talent Acquisition and/or talent sourcing. (required).
• Experience with sourcing tools and methodologies such as Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIN Recruiter, internal and external databases, professional associations, and career-related websites.(required)
• Experience sourcing talent in the AEC Industry. (preferred)
• Knowledge of OFCCP regulations. (preferred)
• Experience working in a fast paced environment. (required)
• Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. (required)
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities. (required)
• Highly organized and able to operate in a high pressure, fast-paced environment. (required)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and share responsibility for results.(required)
• Excellent systems skills including Outlook, Excel and Word. (required)
