What You Will Do
As a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be tasked with enhancing and optimizing our ATS. We are looking for an iCIMS SME who can improve workflows, build s, train team members, and assess and recommend changes to improve our hiring process. This person will also own the talent attraction responsibilities for select corporate, engineering, and field employee hiring as a full cycle talent partner.

Responsibilities: How you will influence success

• Consult/collaborate with HR Partners and Hiring Leaders to identify what the client’s critical talent needs are and turn that into a hiring campaign.
• Use a mixture of technology and efficient human process to create a “high touch” candidate experience.
• Determine a strategy for use of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed,
• Facebook, Instagram) that helps establish a strong employment brand in the marketplace.
• Build relationships with preferred applicant resources including search firms, governmental agencies, college placement centers, trade schools, and related organizations.
• Establish and maintain a strong process for full cycle recruiting for your client groups
• Meet with the client to determine critical competencies and profile demographics for open roles, identify key markets for talent, determine interview strategy and team, and kickoff the process for all stakeholders involved.
• Coordinate with client groups and Talent Development Team to build a stream of candidates from diverse backgrounds and strong abilities
• Coordinate with other Talent Development team members on handoffs to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications: What factors will likely determine your success

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of experience recruiting professional roles in a fast-paced environment
• Expert level skills and knowledge with iCIMS is a must
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition – intake, sourcing, screening for cultural and technical fit, coordinating team interviews, calibration, and closing candidates
• Strong desire to innovative the tools and processes in Talent Acquisition
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, etc.

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
