Geoscience Australia currently uses cloud technologies extensively for the delivery of GA’s data and services. GA uses Continuous Delivery across the agency for software creation. The Cloud environment and the systems used for continuous delivery are maintained and administered by the Cloud Enablement Team. These include organisation accounts on major cloud providers, continuous delivery systems, reporting systems, version control software and other miscellaneous support systems.

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for assisting with the cloud systems used by the Cloud Enablement Team. Extensive training will be provided for the right candidate including cloud certification. The DevOps Engineer will be expected to contribute to the team and also to learn about cloud systems.
