About the Position:
You’re engaged and a driven self-starter with high standards of work. Someone with:

• Demonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition position in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships, as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their operational area, role requirements and desired candidate profiles

• Ability to identify high quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via multiple recruitment channels, as well as build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles
• Proven experience managing multiple roles at varying stages of the recruitment process through string project management and prioritisation skills

• Highly organised and the ability to work under pressure by utilising strong time management skills to meet project timelines

• A good understanding of the civil construction industry and position requirements (highly desirable)

• A passion for people and innovative ideas to attract and retain talent

What you’ll do (but not limited to):

• Manage and action all tasks associated with pre-employment and on boarding process

• Proactively source candidates and build talent pools by utilising an array of tools and outlets

• Build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery

• Consult and advise managers on attraction, selection strategies and hiring decisions

• Drive operational effectiveness through process improvement and reduce time to hire

• Promote life working at Georgiou through our various social media channels

• Represent Georgiou at Career Fairs and networking events

• Report on recruitment progress and activities
