Customer Service Position:
-Answering Phones, preparing paperwork, filling out forms, data entry
-Strong communication skills both spoken and written required
-Good common sense in fielding calls and supporting customer needs when calling in
-Team Player Willing to help in all areas of Dealership and Store
-Able to work well under pressure at busy times with tight deadlines
-Scheduling Technician’s time and jobs
-Quote Jobs, look up parts, Get authorizations from customers
-Help customers with over the counter sales transactions
-Very Busy Fast Paced Environment
Valid Driver’s License Required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
