Full Job Description
Develops content specific training for B-5 teachers and administrators based on annual contract and special projects. This includes research, developing presentation and handouts, creating supplemental materials and online components.
Incorporates and provides support with all aspects of Best Practices training including assessment, PEACH, Brightspace or other areas defined by special projects.
Works with Project Director on special projects which includes communicating with funding agency and developing presentations and resources
Works collaboratively with Child Development Program administrators and teachers and Best Practices staff to develop and implement special projects
Travels and independently conducts training for B-5 Directors, lead and assistant teachers across the state
Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Hiring Qualifications:
Background in Early Childhood Education
Familiar with the GA Pre-K program
Experience delivering training
Experience writing and developing training content
Strong written and verbal communication skills
