The Medical Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling medical tests and procedures in a timely manner, working with the hospital’s admissions team to ensure all patients are properly scheduled. Additionally, this position will be responsible for scheduling tests on patients and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete. This position will work closely with the hospital’s management team and make sure that hospital protocols are met when scheduling patients.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate catheterization procedures.
• Schedule appointments with referring doctors and other medical staff.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for patients to and from appointments or to other facilities.
• Consult with patients about their medical conditions and scheduled treatments.
• Manage records for patients and other health care providers involved in their treatment.
• Evaluate records to ensure that all necessary testing has been completed.
• Schedule tests to ensure that all necessary results are received in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $22.00 per hour
